What Happens to Your Linen
Pickup We collect your linen on your scheduled pickup day, 7 days a week, from your location across Metro Vancouver. Our drivers are experienced with commercial building access, hotel housekeeping operations, clinic environments, and residential properties.
Sorting & Pre-Treatment Linen is sorted on arrival and assessed for staining. Items with oil, food, or biological stains receive targeted spot pre-treatment before entering the wash cycle — a step that most commercial laundry services skip, and the single most important factor in maintaining white linen over time.
Commercial Washing with Ecolab Chemistry Every load is processed with Ecolab professional-grade detergents — fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, and formulated specifically for commercial laundry environments. Ecolab is the same supplier used in BC hospitals and healthcare facilities. Their chemistry reduces rewash rates, protects fabric integrity, and eliminates residue that lower-grade detergents leave behind.
Drying & Finishing Linen is dried at calibrated temperatures and finished — folded, or flatwork-ironed where required — before quality inspection.
Quality Control Before your linen is loaded for return delivery, it's inspected. Anything that didn't pass — a persistent stain, a damaged item, a piece that needs retirement — is flagged and communicated. We don't return linen that we wouldn't use in our own operation.
Delivery Clean, folded linen is returned to your door on your scheduled delivery day. Same-day and next-day options are available for residential clients. Commercial accounts are scheduled on a custom frequency based on your volume and operational requirements.
